Chartered civil engineer.
The chief executive officer (CEO) and partner of the company. Expertise in design, construction and site supervision of tunnels (NATM and TBM), expert examinations, contracts, active work in professional organisations, preparation of guidelines and standards, organisation of professional events. He speaks fluently English, German and Russian.
